What, you'd make the kids walk home?

I'd own one in a heartbeat, and I'd put my kids in the back too.

Best lookin kids in town they'd be!

If it's good nick and owner will let it go with in my budget, hell yeah.

edit: I've wanted a BA GT-P. But seeing that every man and his dog has one, they're not special anymore.

What type of realistic price you willing to pay for it?
Funny enough I seen one today, red, manual, smashed front bumper driving around.. looked very tidy other than the small bingle! :(

Let's just say that ebay price is about right, and I wanna spend another 10-15K on making it go like a GT should. (I COULD buy a GT-P, but I no longer want to.)

Yes I am serious. But I want an immaculate car. Don't want to spend that much on a car and have niggles (or bingles) with it.

i'd hate to ask what the repair bill is on a genuine ELGT front bumper. Its not like you can just buy a new one!

Interesting opinions here. I have seen this for sale a couple of times on ebay...from what I can tell, this is a near perfect example of an EL GT...EL GT's are also increasing in value...as I am lead to believe straight / clean ED Sprints.

Yes $35K is alot to spend on what can be viewed as out-dated technology with much better 'bang for buck' vehicles available at this time, however no matter who says what, there were only X amount of EL GT's made...and having a nice one is a bit special (not my cup of tea though!)
