hey guys, as long as your postage is payed, i should be able to post them out early to mid next week. im almost done!
mounting brackets are %100 complete (folded, slots cut, de-burred, nuts welded, and then threads re-tested for warping due to heat, and re-tapped if needed) the actual heat shield piece still needs to be folded, should happen in the next couple of days. then i have to make a cut out at the front end of the shield to clear the power steering piping/reservior(not needed on all models) thanks vince

no i havent taken any photos.
i bent my 1st heat shield yesterday, ill be fitting the heat shield to a car with pacemaker comps this arvo, to check clearance over the pipes, im confident they will clear no hassles at all, just that id feel better to see it with my own eyes before i send 15 of these out. if all goes well ill bend the rest of the shields tomorrow! and start posting them out to those that have payed. cheers vince

i fitted the shield and it cleared the pipes! ill be bending all of them tomorow. so ill be posting them on monday( to whoever has payed postage), so you should see them mid week.
and to bucko and blazing ef, when they are ready ill let you guys know when you can pick them up. probably monday arvo or when ever you want after that. cheers

i didnt get to work on the heat shields on the weekend so i couldnt post them out today like i said.
but.... i just finished all 15 of them tonight, so they are now ready to go! they look sweet! heres a photo! cheers vince
