as the topic says
im considering selling my xr6 to move onto something else and im gauging peoples interest in buying it first before i make a decision on what im doing It is a August 05 BA Mark 2 XR6 it is serviced by me every 5,000 k's using genuine ford oils and filters when it is due for factory services it gets done at work (bayfords) 4 speed auto has 18,xxxks on it at the moment has factory premium sound and alloy pedals it has a typhoon air box and k&n filter just fitted a 4 pinion lsd to it about a month ago has a ipod connector fitted to it few scratches on the underside of the front bar (but i will fix that before i sell it) it did run 15.01 at heathcote fordmods drag day it is in immaculate condition my wife drives it only to work and back maybe 20 to 30 k's a day im looking for around $27,000 for it but im open to offers still has 2 years of factory warrenty left on it

i know im not supposted to post if im not interest but i just thought i'd add that your spot on the dollars for that. we sell them at work for somewhere between $27k and $30k depending on condition etc with basically no history...

forgot to add windows are tinted by arma tint
recently i changed the interior door handles to bf xr (just for the silver insert that goes with them) |

Car prices are really screwed at the moment. People cant sell their BA XR6 turbos for 25k and still have 1year factory warranty on them but other people sell the N/A for 27-30k....

For any of those that question the car, I can assure you this BA is in showroom condition.
Brett looks after his cars well. And is religious in his maitenance, care and cleanliness of his beloved BA. And on top of that, its a top drive, and it goes bloody hard too. One of, if not the, quickest BA and BF's that I've had the pleasure of driving. |

Ive been looking at them for the past few weeks and noticed a 03 XR6T on carsales.com.au for $19k. It is packed with everything like premium sound etc all service history, log books, 18" wheels etc, although it has 130,000kms on it, but me personally, I don't really worry about kms. I'd buy it if it wasent $1700 too insure it.. |

Does the car have an exhaust on it? I may be interested, depending on how soon you'd want it gone.
Looked at a few BAmk2 xr6's today, Couldent really find the right one though. I like yours, So ill show the wife..

Why you selling it? its a beautiful car. For anyone intersted, this car is absolutely fastidiously maintained and looked after.
