Apologies for the long winded ad, but for those interested, all of the info is there.

Make: Chrysler, Valiant
Model: GC Galant
Year: 1976
Colour: Blue (Stellar metallic blue to be specific)
Engine: 2L Sigma conversion
Transmission: 5speed Manual
Body Type: sedan
State: NSW

(Car will also be advertised on sigma-galant.com, and other various places. I do have a smallish turbo suited to this car also....most likely keeping it as it has been freshly rebuilt/balanced)

Hey Guys,

Just been thinking of selling the blue Valiant, reason being, i've scored a granny-spec 1975 model, and yea, not really needing two of the same car.

I'm open for offers/swaps, whatever. I am looking at getting an 8cyl from damaged auctions....but yea, whatevers. I've been told the car is worth about 1500 ish. The car is full of books and stuff from the garage at the moment, so won't be up for formal sale until I can clean it out.

Car details as it stands right now:

1976 GC Valiant Galant, Weight according to RTA, 925kg ;) Prettymuch suited to being turned into a little racer, was originally thinking of going down the route of sigma turbo/galant, but yea, more interested in my original car.

Stellar Metallic Blue Paint.....(Faded on the roof, bit of rust in some areas.)
Nissan bluebird seats (mid 80's, quite nice actually.)
Sigma 2L motor conversion, (running in car, as opposed to the original 1.6L saturn motor, reconditioned about 2000km ago by prev owner)
2 1/4" exhaust (leak at the header flange)
Jap 5speed gearbox (+ spare Jap 5speed box, as opposed to the original 4 speed borg warner)
32/36DGAV webber with a 9x3in uni filter (I put this on the car afterwards, and will most likely keep this for my future projects and re-fit the factory Solex carb and air filter.)
Lightened Flywheel (going off trust of the previous owner here, same with the clutch...never looked)
Heavy duty Clutch (I believe clutch fork is bent, still drives well, spare box fixes this)
lowered and stiffened leaf springs in the back
new shocks about 1200kms ago
Sigma Struts with slightly lowered king springs.
New carpet about 1000kms ago
has a hornet stage 2 alarm (stopped working since battery left out for a few weeks, got the manuals for it, 2 keyfobs)
Has spare starter motor/alternator/various bits
H4 headlights
Oil pressure guage/water temp guage

There are a few niggles, to mention some,
the dash lights are no longer working in way of speedo backlight/clock backlight. Starter motor seems to be getting stuck on startup, I've got a spare, and will swap them over during the week and edit this post if the problem is gone. No rego :P, But I can advise on some decent transport.

Pics.......new pc, I'll try get a few happening during the week. PM me if you want, feel free to ask anything. Thanks guys.

throw a cam in the rebuilt motor, strap on the turbo or drop in a 13B and that thing would fly...

i rekon a nice set of mags, lower it, and beef up the exhaust and it would look sweet.
