Unfortunately due to Uni commitments and other expenses I need to sell my beloved, and rare in Australia 400 m V8 engine. I bought this engine to build to be something a little different then a 351 clevo package. This engine has huge potential for HP and but more importantly torque and to be different.

I am asking $1300 ono

* The engine has been bored 40 thou, fresh hone marks etc.
Dished Pistons, Brand new rings+ bearings in the box.
* Crank has been linished, the whole bottom end has been balanced
* New in the box Comp Cams 275deh camshaft
* FELPRO Full gasket kit, brand new
* Gear Drive assembly
*Edelbrock performer manifold (very very hard to find for this engine)
* 302 closed chamber heads that have had massive amounts of porting done to them, i took it to a local head rebuilder and he said they have had extensive work done to them, and the only thing that could be done would be to modify them for 4V valves.
* I also have a genuine FOMOCO bellhousing to adapt a C4 to this engine, as the 400's have a c6 pattern. this item is genuine. to get an aftermarket version of this from other sources is worth over a grand itself (from rod shop/ whoever make bellhousings.)


Engine also comes with lots of other bits and pieces that I have missed/ couldnt be bothered writing down. If you have any question please PM me, or ask KCUF, as I originally bought the engine from him.

This needs to sell asap i need the cash and need the space, this is will be an awesome engine with someone with an old ford. i am open to offers.
