sorry chunkz uglybob is right, the plug is different from the Ef/el series to the AU series, got these from a wrecker, was gonna do what you are thinking about, pulled the airbag off and realised the issue.. these will only fit an AU, the ef/el switches only have cruise on and off coast reset add and minus speed..

I would very highly doubt they would work for anything else than an au factory HU!!!

looks like these are gone to the man in WA just waiting on a pm

kinda sucks that they only go in AU's but I guess any aftermarket HU on quality has a remote with it these days.

theres differences in the wiring between the switches and the head units.. IE Pin locations. with a bit of rewiring the switches can be made to work

the AU2 headunit will plug straight into a AU1 but the steering wheel switches will not work.
same as when you fit a AU2 cluster to a AU1 the steering wheel switches dont work.

the only difference between AU1 and AU2/3 switches is that the AU2/3
has the little 's' on the LH one for the speed warning.but they will fit a AU1

hope this helps.
and as for the postage would be $5 including a padded bag
