I've got a matched pair of Kingston DDR400 Registered ECC memory here.
512MB Each (yep, add that together for 1024MB!) Part number: KVR400X72RC3AK2/1G As per the packaging: 1GB PC3200 REG CL3 ECC 184pin DIMM Kit (2 Pcs) The memory was used for approx 2 hours to test a machine and has sat around every since. I think this stuff has a life time warranty! $90 ono
