what you will get:
- a throttle body which has been bored out to 68mm - a thinned shaft (top half removed) - 2 new dome head screws to suit the new thickness - a brand new butterfly with a sharpened leading edge. The TB and butterfly are being proffesionally machined, and ill clean up the casting marks on the inlet. when: these will be available in the new year once i have sourced enough TBs to be machined. this is not a group buy once i have 12 made ill sell them to the people that have committed on the list cost: is $200 posted if you send me a throttle body ill knock $25 off the price for each TB you supply me, or pay it to you in advance please copy and paste this list to make sure you dont miss out, only if you are genuine and not time wasting, otherwise stay off the list... please specify which model car as well, i may not be able to satisfy all models eg) EA-AD & AU, but ill try to source them once i know how many to get... Will you do this in a change-over manner, i.e. refund the $25 on receipt of my original TB?

no id prefer to get the throttle body off you in advance, either i buy it off you now, or i drop the price to suit when i post it out to you. i want to machine 12 at once, and not a couple here and a couple there, because it will drag out, so i need them ASAP... so far i have 6 throttle bodies organised all ef/el style. 4 of them i have payed for, and the other 2 have been given to me in good faith knowing that ill sell the finished product at a cheaper price to those people ($25 off per throttle body you send me)

it would be very hard to polish and cost a fair bit to get done, just try painting it with engine enamel with what ever colour you like, ive seen it done and looks good, its not something that gets super hot...
