For those who know - the SPX-F17Ts are the cream of the crop in 3-way component setups - details as follows:

The original F1 Status speakers had a superior build quality over its newer counterparts - the SPX-177A, SPX-137A had similar build quality as 2-way setups, however the SPX-F17T was the outstanding performer.

The crossovers allow for plenty of customisation with crossover points and tri-amping for the ultimate in clean power with lots of headroom.

Hard to get these days - and if you're serious about your front stage, then these are up there to consider among some of the higher end Dyn Audios, Focal Utopia 165W3s etc.
