selling the turbo manifolds i have been making up over the past few weeks.
i have used thick walled steam pipe and heated and cooled the metal properly as well as peening the welds to ensure they do not crack.
can be sold with a T3 or T4 flange.
i have also welded a 2.5" flange to the exit point of the manifold to allow for easy wastegate piping.

manifold with turbo flange - $160

i can also sell a wastegate adapter that will bolt up to the manifold with your desired wastegate flange for $40

payment options are $50 deposit and allow 3-5 days for the manifold to be made up.
apologies for the poor photos, wont have a proper camera until the weekend.
i will also take a proper mokeup photo on the car.

nah mild steel steam pipe and using a mild steel mig
have been told that will be fine as im heating up the manifold in an oven, then heating the welding area with a blow torch before and after welding, then back into the oven to cool over several hours.

finished welded one...
i cut off the bottom flange bit of the standard exit point and ground it flat so its now possible to bolt a 2.5" flange straight to it for gate piping.
and yes i know the flange is on a slight angle forward lol didnt mean that!

thats a big turbo lol
its a TA45 with 1.22 rear and .72 front housing
a T04 would be fine, but im going to cut a bit off the top pipe for future manifolds

its hard to make something like this that will suit everyones needs, if someone buys one and it doesnt fit or they arent happy with something im happy to repair, adjust for free or refund
im not out to take cash and run lol i want to see some more boosted falcons around!

they're all sold without the wastegate attachment.
the attachment is actually pretty pricey for me to make lol
the flange and the reducer cost a bit, so i cant include them in the normal sale.
you can bolt up a 2.5" flange to the standard exit point, if you want to run an internal gate, just bolt a blank flange or blank plate of steel to it with a gasket between

hey

if i was to supply a blank flange would you be able to bolt it on and weld it up? if so how much

cheers bear

no need to weld it on, would mean the manifold could only ever be used with an internal gate turbo.
if you have something you can use as a blank flange, just size up the holes, drill them and fit it with a gasket which you can get from an exhaust shop.
but if you really wanted something welded on there and you supplied it, i'd include it in the sale price as per normal.

im happy to make any changes that people may want
