Hi mate. It was a few years ago now when I was researcing all of the heights etc on the springs so I can't remember how much it is unfortunately. I have a feeling that it is 2 inches but I may be wrong. I'm sure someone on here could help you out if you start a thread about it. Pretty sure that lows are on inch and superlows are two inches but like I said it was a while ago when I looked into these.
