Hello,
Don't know if there is anyone else out there having the same problem as me but I have decided to give up trying to find immaculate ED XR indicators and to go with aftermarket ones off ebay and modify them to take a T10 wedge bulb for the parker... I have all the gear to do one set and I'll how they turn out, but is there anyone else out there who'd be interested in a set? I can do them for a price of $80 plus postage... I know it sounds dear, but when stone chipped genuines go on ebay for 100 bucks a pair, these might work out alright... As yet I haven't seen anyone else list an aftermarket equivalent for XR indicators and am sick of trying to find these... If anyone is interested let me know... Keep in mind they will probably take a couple of weeks by the time I order plain indicators and the holders and plugs and that stuff and then actually cut out the hole... If this isn't the right place for this thread, please let me know... None the less I'll try modifying mine tomorrow and see how they go, try and get some photos up on what they might turn out like... Thanks, Tim

Hey all...
For those interested, this is what I've managed to come up with... The drivers side (left in photo) is an original Ford indicator still mounted in car... The higher one on the right is the aftermarket one just sitting on the radiator support panel... Let me know what you think anyway... Attachment: Attachment: Attachment: Thanks, Tim

A company called SSS used to sell them in campbellfield, Melbourne. I'm going past there today to hopefully pick up a set so I will let you know about them.

yeah that'd be interesting... Like I said could never find any for reasonable money... So decided to make my own... Not faded, not chipped and seem to work just as well... For less money than what genuines go for...
Thanks, Tim

$100 aint too bad for the pair, as I have already got a set with the parkers sitting inside the engine bay as I only noticed when I was hooking up the wiring I could not put the parkers into the blinker, I assumed you had to drill a hole into the indicator assembly?
