For sure, I'll get some when I get it on with the EL adapter.
But seriously guys, a few days ago I added a BA air snorkel and did notice a very slight increase in power more like the throttle responce increased but only slightly. Today I added the 3" pipe with the EA throttle body adapter and HOLY s**t!! The exhaust sounds SO much better, the throttle responce amazing and seems to pull right through the dull spots in the rev range. I am truly amazed at how well the BA snorkel + 3" pipe combo works! and I'm yet to add the BA air box and secondary CAI (although I dont think the second CAI will ever be added due to limited space in the engine bay). I was skeptical at first as the whether the pipe would fit and whether it would actually help, but the $150 + $40 (snorkel) was money well spent and was worth every cent. Just can't wait to get the T5 and 3.45 LSD! Then with a cam + head package The only thing that I didnt like was that it leaves a fair amount of a gap for the air/pipe clamp to close off, if the pipe was 20 or 30mm better it would have fitted snug into the airbox hole. Still works awesome though. All in all, the 3" pipe works noticably and surprisingly well and also adds a nice effect to the engine bay. If you're thinking about getting one don't hesitate, I'm sure this offer is not going to be around for long...

thanks for the positive feed back, when you run the EL adaptor that this pipe is designed for you do not need that extra length that you talk about, it will fit like a c0@k in a sock...

My intake hit's the bonnet on startup and shut down. You can actually see the bonnet lift up.. Any ideas? |
