I suppose you could buy a programmer for it and load whatever binary you want into it.

I got this one from Blue Power Racing for a tweecer setup, however the tweecer setup has been removed.

As far as I can tell this is an SCT Eliminator Switch Chip. RRP $695 iirc. Functionally identical to the ones we sell, but must be programmed by an SCT dealer (JMM, BPR, etc). Hope this helps.
