how did you get RWC without Cat installed ?

The car is yet to pass a rwc and the inclusion of a rwc is negotiable depending on what offers over $1200 he gets.

Actually, it has CAT housing, but no CAT Internals- and RW Cert wont be a problem at all- not in the slightest!!!! And PM'ers be realistic!!!! I AM NOT GOING TO GIVE U MY CAR FOR $500!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
