Was down the back shed this arvo, and I found the springs and struts, couldn't find the rear shocks though I reckon $50 for the front springs, struts and postage should cover it. Postage alone will be around $30 I think.
Car will remain for sale out the front of the house for now. Not gunna bother with E-bay. Don't really care if it doesn't sell now

Change of heart......bottom line, I need it gone. Deep down I know it will just sit there and go to waste.

I've been trying to find an extra couple hundred dollars so I could give you a grand for it but it looks like your "no reserve" has done the trick! Very sorry to miss out on this one.

That's the thing with evilbay, so far the bidders are newbies with 0 feedback scores.
That's why the car is still sitting out the front with for sale signs and is advertised here amongst other sites as well. First in best dressed. Make an offer, you might get lucky That's why it's important to add the clause that "I reserve the right to end the auction early as it is advertised elsewhere" I already had it listed once with a lot of fence sitters. I deffinately won't feel guilty for ending it early if need be But I encourage anyone interested to take a look at the car first. I have been as honest as I can be and don't want any negative crap coming back because the buyer didn't bother to test drive or go over the car in the first place

ashcook wrote: Hey Mick, with those 0 feedback bidders, email them and ask if they are genuine. If they are, they will reply straight away and they wont mind being asked. If they are not and don't reply, cancel their bids. Save the f**k around for after the auction and having to re-list it again. I've been doing this with anyone under a feedback rating of 10 and 95% of them are time wasters. If they don't reply within 24 hours, they are canceled and put on the block list for good. I know everyone has to start with zero feedback. But I find that a lot of these zero bidders know the system too well and I think have had other accounts canceled for misuse and have started again only to f**k more people around. It really gives you the s**t having to put in disputes and to only get your final fees credited, not the listing fees. Kick them in the bum early! Will do. Thanks for the tips mate

ashcook wrote: NCIILANE wrote: Will do. Thanks for the tips mate No worries mate. I'm close to hitting 1000 feedback, am on 973. So I've had my fair share of non-replying low feedback bidders. Good luck though mate, looking positive anyway not talking about me there are ya? lol then turn up and try and buy everything lol |

I have sent messages to both bidders requesting that they inspect the vehicle prior to bidding any further. I have given my mobile number and asked that they call me to discuss.
If I get no response.....bids cancelled. Pretty simple really. I suspect one of the bidders is a FM member, if not both. At least send me a PM to discuss. Cheers, Mick

i have had issues with ebay STORES not leaving feedback, i have between 20-30, but have bought 30-40 items, people just never leave feedback.
tho i have had a few accounts, its normally due to ex's, one gf racked up 2k worth of winnings just before we split, and the last one her dad used my account to sell items and never payed the bill, so i sent details to ebay and they solved both account issues but its faster to start a new account then wait the 3-6 months for them to free up the old accounts |

I prefer to send such sellers (or buyers) a reminder, highlighting that I already left positive feedback for them and expecting they will do the same. Most ppl leaving feedbacks after such reminder.
