Snort Stage 3 Turbo Kit Garrett T04E Turbo (oil cooled) has approx 30,000km on it Stage 3 Tuned Length Manifold 4” Intake Pipe & Pod Filter 50mm External Waste Gate with 9psi Spring Turbosmart Boost Tee (to allow more psi without changing spring) 3" Dump Pipe Wastegate has been plumbed into exhaust Oil Line & Oil T-Piece Oil Return Line Intercooler Custom 3" Piping to suite E-series (from turbo to intercooler and from intercooler to throttle body) All silicon Joiners & Clamps required Vacuum Line from piping to boost-tee to wastegate I will also include the wastegate exhaust piping and where it joins into the exhaust which is right before the cat. seen in one of the pics the rest of the exhaust system (cat to tip) i am keeping for my new project anyone wanting exhaust as well....i will provide you with details of where i had my exhaust done....tell them i sent you and they will look after you. The dump pipe also features 2 oxygen sensor bungs.....instead of the normal 1.....i had another one welded in so i could run stock O2 sensor and a wideband O2 sensor (sensors not included) I will provide a bolt so you can plug up one of the holes if you dont wish to use both holes. This Kit along with a J3 and tuning from Paul @ CVE gave me 259.3rwkw Still has a lot more but i was at 11psi and valve springs were starting to become an issue. Boost starts showing at 1500-1800rpm.....but this is dependant on many things (load, trans, road type, etc) so use as a guide only...the other night i was seeing 1psi at 1400rpm going up a hill so it def varies 1st gear on both EA T5 and EB-EF T5 spins under normal driving (as in NO clutch dumping just putting foot down) 2nd gear easily skates and keeps skating (unless you clutch is stuffed like mine) (thats even with really good tyres on car) 3rd gear....well i was always too scared of 3rd to try anything stupid with Economy was..... $50 of PULP gives me 230km of daily driving both on and off boost (because i cant drive normally) which if you do the math is... 15.5L per 100km.....so even an apprentice like me can offord to drive it Highway driving with overtaking on boost and playing around a bit was between 8L and 10L per 100km All you will need to get this up and running is a 12:1 rising rate reg, bigger fuel pump & an exhaust or mod your current one....everything else is here.... some of the pics i could find of setup....and a few i took today
everything will be cleaned/detailed before sale....i just need to get it all out of car once i have replacement exhaust system/extractors added note.....i had forgotten i went for mild steel not stainless steel exhaust (due to price)......sorry to those wanting stainless.....i have corrected for sale advert (exhaust invoice also states mild steel) also i will provide buyer with what lefts of the roll of heat wrapping...which can be used to re-wrap the dump pipe so heat shielding is all fresh/new. and a length of rubber door trim which you can use around the hole you cut in body so it doesnt make metal on metal noise as pipes move under load....you can just see what i mean in below pics brad

Current Dyno Sheet - we changed fuel reg
Older Dyno Sheet - with 3 power curves as i changed/added things to car TOP LINE = J3 Chip & Turbo Cam MIDDLE LINE = Turbo Cam BOTTOM LINE = Stock Motor This was before i installed my MAP Sensor Fix hence the little dip in the power curve

TURBO KIT now all my off car.
seen below any questions just ask me We have cut the weld where my exhaust used to join to dump pipe system so all you need to do is slide over your 3" system and weld

All intake piping is 3" aluminium and comes with the enlarger for the turbo's output to suite the 3" piping
Pic 7 = piping for right near turbo's output, the nipple is for the wastegate and boost controller (included in kit) Also price change for Partial Kit see below... no probs
ISC are a load of crap....nothing but trouble....so i removed it and brought up base idle manually.....been smooth sailing for 6 years now....on very cold nights u just have to apply a small amount of throttle until engine gets a slight bit of warmth in it and then its sweet....idle is 750-950 depending on season....during winter i bring it up a tad i have removed it on 3 other cars and they have had no problems either....and it has been a range of cars....auto and manual....aircon and no aircon cars. brad
