yes it will bolt on to a ef fairmont block, you wouldnt need to replace the ecu but you will see alot better performance with a tockford ecu ie Fairmont Ghia or xr6

I got a EL FALCON POLICE ECU off ebay would that give me some performance gains?

they will do different things

the police ecu will mainly change shift points in the auto and no speed limiter. the ticky head WILL give you more POWER :lol: and yes you can fit them with a standard computer

had another one come in today, checked it myself looks very good condition. also have the red rocker cover for $75

still got 1 in stock. pulled it of a motor from a fairmont ghia.
looks tidy. :lol: complete with cam and rockers ect.

hrmm not sure whether it'll bolt up, because of the VCT. I'll have to do some checking...

I'd need the whole ecu, wiring etc etc.

So I'm just after a AUII/III XR6 Head. Thanks though. Also is the AU Premium Brakes still $2500?

Another FM member shall now be cruising around with a bit more power!

you can hhok up the VCT with a standard ECU. i have seen one fitted to a EA B4 just ask around it cant be that hard. i think it is just hydrallic. and works of the oil pressure.

the premium brakes are $2500 for the conversion to a series 1
