hi all i am selling my defected XE eclipse, the interior is in the car but not bolted in. the motors done 220,xxx, its on gas still in date also has a 4 speed gearbox . the motor runs great on gas but has a miss on petrol. the only problem now is its run out of gas and rarely wants to start on petrol go figure. the gearbox is in great nick and had the pedal box replaced not long ago. the car was orignally 2 tone blue over white but is now red. the car was defected for minor stuff but have just bought a new car so now its just taking up space. im wanting 500 but are open to offers.
ps. am not selling with rims, clear taillights, stereo gear, steering wheel and tacho.     also have a blue XF, its a 3sp auto on gas (out of date). Done 330,xxx kms, paint is peeling in places and has sum rust. motor runs but roughly, would b a good speedway car lol. just ran outta rego. car does not come with rims or clear taillights. ne questions on either car call me on 0421086338 thanks

also have 8-10 litres of pulse red paint (colour of the car) that can be bought for a little bit extra

hmmm if i had my tax back id be interested in the XE. but i dont know when im gonna get it back :S

handbrake needs adjusting, brake light out, exhaust, tyres, headlights to blue, side mirror had a crack in it, battery not sercure and steering wheel to small. as u can see nothing major lol

hmmmm. im still interested, money is the issue at the moment though.

can you post up some interior, underbonnet pics? im still fairly keen on it, a few things i need to sort out though first money wise.
oh also, in its current state, would it make a 700km highway drive with no problems?

its defected u arent allowed to drive it on the road lol unless its to a place of repair. it runs very ruff on petrol and only wants to start on occasions. on gas she runs like a dream and will start whether its 2 degrees or whether it 42 degrees. the only prob is its run out of gas lol. ill post pics of what the interior looks like at the moment.

is it minor defect or VIS? could get a day permit if its minor, to drive it somewhere (repair place like u said)

if u put gas in it im am quite positive that it would make the 700km trip. this was a very reliable car. the only ever problem i had with the car was the pedal box was knackered, which i replaced and now changing gears feels like butter lol
