Postage in the first post says $30 australia wide, as i'd imagine it would be heavy and arkward to post sounds pretty good.

To everyone that is interested in these intakes. Payment has to be in soon. I have PMed a few of you guys with the bank details but it seems most people that put their hands up for design 1 dont want it anymore?

You can still option for design two. There really is no limit to the amount of them we buy. We just need to have atleast 15 to make the exhaust place really happy with us.

At the moment Fordmods and FordForums have a really good relationship with KPM Adelaide and now we are building a good one up with their neighbours Exhaust Technology.

Put me down for 1 of the design one. It comes with two silicon joiners but in the picture there is three. Will there be a middle joiner or is it all one piece? Cant wait .... :D

Would be very interested if it fits the standard pod filter set-up? Anyone know? (Design 1 that is)

I'm pretty sure it fits up like std, but if you have an EF box then it should be fine as the pod would be mounted to the airbox not the piping.

It's the standard AU Pod Box, but I assume it would fit up the same. Ford wouldn't waste money on a seperate intake pipe just for the pods

Well, EF and EL boxes are different, duno bout AU.
If the pod is mounted to the airbox, and is seperate to the piping, then it should fit as it is now.

The lid of EF airboxes have their own piece of pipe thats bout 10cm long, and ELs dont *i think*. AUs - dunno.

It is supplied with only two joiners as EF's have a black rubber joiner already on the throttle body. For people wanting design 1 for EL's we will have to see what we can do. You may have to purchase an extra joiner.

Spot on, except the pipe extending into the airbox lid on an EF is more like 30cm long and tapers in so that the opening inside the airbox is the same size as with the EL lid.

Please refer to PAGE 2 of this thread for POD filter stuff. Both these intakes are going to be constructed in such a way that the stainless steel pipe will not extend into the air box. The silicon joiner will clamp up to the airbox in the same way that the standard air intake joins up now.

The difference in airbox lids between EF's and EL's is a problem we are looking into. Different sized silicon joiners will probably have to be supplied for the different models.

The build process is taking a lot longer than we had initially thought as we're wanting to iron out all the things that could possibly go wrong so that we are only supplying quality items. We should hopefully have one of each design made up by the end of next week. We will keep you all posted. Thank you for your patience.

Meh same thing lol I havent taken it off since I got the car so I thought it was a good guess.

Apparently the EF lid is better than the EL lid for airflow because of that bit of extra pipe too.

Make sure you pm me when the time for payment comes :D

Will the EF lid fit on an EL or AU airbox?
