woohoo! my car is now ready again for the shifter
can't wait for it to get here!
Getting the clutch fixed cost me $350... mostly labour costs, as he had to remove the drivers seat, carpetting, pedals, and hoses/wiring from the engine bay to weld up any cracks in the firewall, and mig weld a plate over the same spot to stop the clutch pulling through it again!!! But got my clutch cable replaced at the same time, as mine was pretty stretched, and clutching is so damn smooth now! Woot! Bring on the shifter!
