Hey, ive just bought a trail bike so its time for my road bike to go. Its a 89 fzr 250, 4 cylender 4 stroke. Odo reads 51000kms but before i bought it, it had been in a serious prang, and the owner had replaced the front suspension, motor, gearbox and carbs so i'm not sure how many km's are on them. mechanically it runs fine, hasnt broke down on me in the 18months ive owned it. Cosmetically it isnt too pretty, although it does have fresh coat of ford velocity blue. The fairings were very damaged when i bought it so i repaired them as well as i could but they arnt nothing special. Also i recently fitted a brand new clutch and battery. IT has rego until 17th february 08. Coes with a spare radiator too. Thing only thing the bike requires is a new rear tyre in the not too distance futurs, but it still has a bit of tread left. AFAIK these have the exact same power to weight as the cbr250rr that everyone wants but at less then 1/3 the price.

Looking for around the $2400 mark but am deffiantely negotiable.

Located in Newcastle, NSW and would much prefer pick up, but could prob post at buyers expense/organisation.
