Has the EF 4ltr i6 base map Comes all boxed with all the cables. etc Everything still in original packaging etc .... As new condition box only opened once to check all the contents were there. (and yes for the smarty panties out there..once more to take the photos  )

Yes. Cruise control only needs input from the cluster.
