Just an update guys, i received a PM from falcon_hell and it's not looking good.

Thanx again for getting involve in the situation regards, Adrian I wasn't going to update this until i had confirmation that someone had actually got a hold of him, but i think the end result is right there in that PM. He can now walk around and look over his shoulder, and oneday someone will be tapping on it and he'll soon realise the $1,000 he took from you guys just wasn't worth it... Personally i hope someone taps him on the shoulder sooner rather than later, it's just a shame he is a long distance from all that are involved. If you guys can come up with anything to get your money back then go for it, maybe that legal option could be the way to go. |

We'll try running with this unlocked now but keep it clean guys, no Flaming etc or we'll close it for good.
Would be great to hear from people in the legal profession who might be able to offer advice etc. |

The reason I say this is that if anyone does file a complaint is that if he logs on you can catch his IP address, match it up with exact date and time and pass it on to the authorities to follow up.

The main costs will be the court orders, sherriff's warrants, etc. Best thing to do if you use them is to get a full rundown on the process and how much you'll be up for from the debt collection agency. The only unknown factor is whether he owes others (banks, other forums etc) money as well. Usually this secured stuff takes precedence when divvying up his assets. And speaking of assets, depends what he has too - he was living at home, so he probably won't have much. The other thing is if he goes the cowards way is declares himself bankrupt - you won't be able to get much (if anything) out of him. If you do have a win and he is ordered to pay back in installments but reneges, you can use as a persuasion tool to have an entry in his credit file that he owes money and hasn't paid it back - this affects getting loans etc, later on. I speak from experience from the above (and have been burnt), sorry to add a negative tone, but I hope the above helps.

Well they have nothing to lose, even if you ended up getting nothing back because of fees, you'd feel good in knowing that he didn't end up with your money.

im not flaming, but look at antony from alted performance, he kept ripping people off untill some of us stood up and put him in his place. we didnt get our money or parts back but we can now sleep a little easier knowing that he wont be back.
my advise is as stated above, give it a go, you all have nothing to lose |

The past few times I had tried contacting Brad I also got his folks but wasnt informed of him moving....I'll be mentioning to them this after noon that a number of disgruntled customers will be taking legal action regarding a large amount of money owed to customers whom he never supplied goods too - if they do not approach Brad and get back to me in a fashionable timeframe.
So don't think we've done nothing guys and lied down...just been a really awkward circumstance and hard to chase up...didnt really wanna get his family involved in it. I will do this Thursday/Friday arvo Could I please have a pm from only those owed money....I dont need the pm to contain any other info apart from... Letting the parents know will be a good thing, but then they might be just like him!
I know if it were my son i'd be making him fix the problem, either pay the guys back or give them what they paid for! |

Well yeh hopefully they have enough influence to get something happening but yeh if he's spent the money etc there gonna get as good as a result as where getting now without pursuing any legal avenue.

Mods involved could i get something posted regarding what i said in the above post on the main page....only need for this week...only had 2 members respond.....with owed amounts....most i spose dont actively read fms and not religiously like myself lol...so something on the front page might get some extra attention...I just really wanna get an amount on just how much is owed...and know there were more ppl than 2 and myself.
