BA plugs are iridium and supposedly good for 105k's. Is there anything much to be gained by changing more often with good quality (supposedly) plugs?

It had done 100,000ks so they were at the end of their life anyway...and Dave at KPM reckoned (naturally) if the car has been driven hard (it's an XR6T..do you drive 'em any other way? ) 100,000 is really pushing them.

The bloke who posted the video says he has a 'wog' cooler, so maybe the sponsor here might know some more info about this one.

its possible if u add injectors and a tune :)
u can get ~350rwkw out of stock exhaust if put a high flow cat in...

i have a wog cooler on my XR6 Turbo, best bang for buck cooler on the market imo..
