Give me your opinion this weekend there’s going to be a drag o yes fun fun. A Ford vs. Holden drag and yes there both quite new. My BF XR8 sedan vs. a VZ SS ute GEN 4 thing. There specs are almost the same power. Now I know there all that and more, well that’s what the ppl tell me, but what are the chances and how close should it be….? O yeah both stock both manuals.

Any recommendations for the drag?? eg traction on/off, fuels? make a diff the the result??

I agree, those SS's hammer, not to say that an xr8 can't hammer, just not compared to an SS in its stock form.

yeah the SS UTE is sooooo much lighter than the nearly 2 tonne BF anyway...that alone will make the difference...and if the the SS is the GEN4 then it it most likely the 6L? if so...you're dead.

Turn traction control on. this well help for take off and only have 1/4 of a tank of fuel. Practice your take off as if you have a s**t take off they well munch you. Just hope they cant drive. Then you will win.

How did you get into this one mate? Can you put a supercharger on before the race and say you forgot it was there? :p

Good luck anyway, sounds like you'll need it.
