I sold the ef in the above post and now have an el auto v8, went to the plex on wednesday and got a 14.96 @ 92 mph.
The car has extractors and 3 inch zorst and a cai, oh yeah and a 3.08 single wheeler. I personally think a 14.9 is a good time for an e series with a ho motor and auto. Well i just put a 3.45 lsd in the el and the speedo, gear changes and everything is fine so i guess it came with a 3.45 stock, the diff i pulled out had a 3.23 ratio which made the speedo read 8-10 km fast. Ive since had the dash out and there was no speedo corrector so im convinced it came stock with a 3.45. Hopefully it goes quicker

Ran a 14.7 @ 93mph in my el falcon last night at the motorplex.
2.29 sixty footer 9.54 half track Dont really have specs apart from car weighs 1550 i weigh 120 ambient temp 19 deg track temp 24 deg %74 humidity crap tyres at 34 psi also with the direction reversed they grip better stock e7 headed ho motor with pacies and exhaust tickford intake and cai standard fitment 3.45 lsd( ex cop car) Go the budget blaster

Driving skills= pretty good 8/10 5. Willowbank raceway was fairly warm night 27degrees not sure 6. Umm something really cheap on a 13inch rim and think was like 185/55/13,and 2.75 diff ratio 7. Did a 14.28@105mph 8. 60ft mark was 2.55 very slow stupid gears,, i did consistent 2.55. That race was done a few months ago,, no i have minispooled 3.55 ratio and shiftkit.. so hopefully will go back soon. P.S i ran that time on 8psi.

1)ed falcon i6 5 speed, stock engine with a garret to4 turbo 2)car weighs 1620kg no driver 3)it has 265rwkw 4)only been out racing 3 times 5) was run at wsid 6)tyres are 235/40/18 cheap a** street tyres 7) ran a 13.5@109mph 8) best 60 foot was 2.32 |

1. Ford Mustang 1966, EL falcon 4litre, 4spd auto,3.50 mini spool, GT45 turbo ebay spec 2700stall 2. Weight approx 1350 with me 3. 330.2rwhp 4. Driving skills= pretty good 8/10 5. Willowbank raceway 33degrees 6. 18 inch rims 7. Did a 13.1 @110mph 8. 60ft mark was 2.25 That race was done a few months ago,,

lat nite at the perth motorplex my ba xt 3v ran a best of 14.06 @ 100.9 mph.
fairly happy but still wanted to get into the 13sec bracket untuned. ah well. lol mods are in sig.

( sorry late entry ) EB Fairmont, N/A 4L, T5 box, i think its 3.45 gears, Genie Extractors, 2.5 exhaust (stock cat, not mandrel bent), stage 2 camtech cam, fresh bottom end, Ti Performance j3 chip tuned by me 1560kg (close to full tank) at WSID weigh bridge + 90kg for me no dyno figures yet 9/10 Sydney dragway, freezing cold night, no track temp at all 215/65r16 cheap s**t tyres on mags i had laying around (ran with 25psi) 14.745@94.75mph 2.334 to the 60' it feels like its got alot more in it, going to put Nolathane bushes throughout the rear and get some better tyres to get off the line quicker so i can try n dump it off the line instead of riding the clutch
