I took mine out the next day. Horrid thing that snaps gears and gives you a f**k head ache. How can spinning your wheels 1-2,2-3 help 1/4 mile times. it will just f**k your diff and gearbox. i reckon it f**k the box but just keeps pressure on teh bands so it doesnt slip.

Well i can say, that in my modded 5.0 it took 4 tenths off my time, and the best way to race is actually in econ, as it doesnt hold gears too long and upshifts at the right time. Take my word for it ok
