Oh, and for the record, I have (past, present and future) no relatives in Tassie.

As the boat bringing my grandparents over from Italy was passing through the Bass Straight and the captain announced they were heading to Hobat, they jumped ship and swam to Victoria... They decided from then that none of their family would ever set themselves up in Tassie... So, in summary, family orientated jokes of the Tasweigan persuasion do not apply to me. :wink:

But lets get this back in track... Its all about getting that slack a** cruise mod of yours to organise a drag day... If you wish to continue attempting to insult me, please send a PM. :D

now that i think about it.... i've been here for 1 year 1 day, and the only tassie events so far have been tickford/fpv club events - and i think the record for them have been 4 people :lol: :lol:

ok i think this sounds good ive been thinking about it for a while i did email tarmak dragway and never got a reply, i think phone may be a better method.

but if other people want to come over from other states it wouldnt be for a while buy that time the season will start again, you can enter on the day and run your car bit like the WSID meets etc they have a burnout comp as well.

round 1 is on the 2nd of september, ill actually have to find out how it all works buy giving this bloke a call.

but im definately keen on getting something happennig, i just wanna beat adrians pink poofy ghia :P

ill start organising somehting now anyway :P

i remember taking a chunk out of my bumper reversing off the stands at 100km/hr dont remember nearly hitting steves car thoug, i should have tho POS hehe
