i was @ tassie nats earlier this year. What corey said sounds fun, we may even met a few other ford people and bribe them into signing up to fordmods so that one day, we may actually have an all ford drag day!!

UPDATE:

I have received a reply regarding track use:

"Gary,
track hire starts from $2500 for 4 hours track use. We supply all permits, ambulance, fire crew and staff. All you need to do is come and race. To discuss dates phone 63345561 and ask for Leigh during office hours."



Soooooo, if we can get at least 25 people @ $100 each. We can have the track for 4 hours. Sounds good to me.

Mustering up 25 shouldn't be to hard. Should be able to get more, I will e-mail Tim (Ticky / FPV club) and see what sort of interest he can generate.

l'll be taking the LTD, my fairlane isn't going to see the road for at least another year :(

cheers gazza, i'll throw him an email, and i'll ask for a ph number so i can speak to him personally and get his opinion regarding us tagging along to some of their events and to see if we can boost our numbers for a combined drag day
