The auto box in the falcon is your problem. Do a manual conversion and see how it goes against vy's and vs' . My standard el gli manual used to level peg my mate's 6speed auto 210kw ve v6 before I put a 3.45 lsd and cold air induction on.

Dunno whats wrong with yours.. but my el xr6 stock, just whats in my sig flogs vs' and vx's etc.. its auto atm.. soon to be T5 tho when i get off my bum and do the conversion lol..

Hello,
It will be the Diff ratio that is slowing you. Going back 20 years.The Falcon would do 90 in 1st, the Comode 70. Off the line faster, but still a crap Car so who cares ? All Holden's are good for is a movable Dog house.

Hey, Wow this was a long time ago. Turn out that my mates Stato was a freak of a thing. his family had that thing for a very long time and his dad maintained it very well... he drove another VS and he too said that it didnt go anywhere near as well as his stato.
