just had a quick look at the latest Perth street machine and saw a little article saying that Simon from Perth xtreme got his F6 at a Dyno shootout at collie to produce 1249.5HP/ 931.8KW

bloody unreal i think that they were saying it was a record for a 6 or something (only got a quick look at mag)

"When i ran the F6 up on the rolllers on Friday night i didnt rev it above 6500 RPM, I gave Dom instructions to take it to the limiter at 7200 rpm. Result was back to back 1249 RWHP first run and 1248 RWHP second run."

Great, so when are we going to see these cars deep into the low 8's like the VL turbo's popping up all over the place lately?

I know they are a heavy car hampered by their excess baggage and a rear end that isn't exactly ideal for a bit of 1320 action but I'd love to see this engine in a lighter car. Having said that I went past ETM the other day and Leah has built himself a rather nice BF F6 bodied drag car running 15x15" slicks, 4 link rear and all the fruit.
