Imo go the 42's you don't have Fords tuneing engineering ability.. They'll be much safer on your tune and increasing line pressure so high which it wasn't designed for..Imo...
Besides with these new fuels comeing out we'll need more injector.....

u will find there would be a fair bit of compression there. i wouldent go any more than 8psi, and even at that boost it will need a fair bit ignition retared. therefor the need for the tuning device more!!

ok i got bored waiting for the chip to come back from chiptorque so i decided to start her up and let the charger run in, when i finished the run i process i decided to give it a bit of a rev to see what the boost gauge would do i took it up to 3000rpm and it just went from vac 20 to 0 didnt make any boost at 3000rpm is this normal? also i have a GBF bov is there anything special i have to do to set this up?

Cheers

You didnt see any positive pressure because turbo's are load sensative that is why you can still get good economy when you use a light throttle.

Whoops read that later my bad unsure on your set-up but on a vortech set-up of my mates it had the same thing because the by-pass valve (BOV) is open and letting the air back into the front of the supercharger only when the motor go's into positive pressure will it close but under light throttle at 3000 rpm it will not close therefore no positive pressure.
