to do it comfortably, Id recommend and 044 (5/16 are pretty maxed out at 4l/min so try 3/8 hose if you can) 83lb siemens injectors, and a 3.5in system

Ask Rollin/BI6TIM - theres a few with massive RWKW out of a boosted 4l, plus a few more with around the same RWKW as you now.

Atleast 85Lb .. You need some safety margin...
Some thought on fuel delivery also...Two 044 inline pumps and
single 255 in tank via surge tank.
-8 lines with fuel reg to handle fuel flow, with -8 fittings..
-6 can be used on return..
Piss the rising rate off.. Its making it hard on fuel pumps to supply enough fuel at the higher line pressures.. Besides let the ECU tune fuel...
Possibly billet fuel rails ??
Some sort of ignition booster ?? MSD / Crane etc..
Good ECU and tune...
Then there's the rotating assembly ??
Atleast forged low comp pistons and rods..
From around 400rwkw your going to require a mains girdle if not an A.U engine.. There are ARP bolts available along with head studs..
A.U head gasket will do fine..
A single 4" exhaust with atleast a T04Z "sized" turbo around 1.06 A.R [T04 housing] 44mm wastegate..
Is a combo I would use..
T66 is roughly the same size as T04Z's..
At that power level valve springs with need to be upgraded ..
Around 8.2 to 8.5 compression...

Rollin may have some power, Bigtim doesn't.
All you'll get from them is speil on how good they are.

Do something radical, repower the old girl.

Get a BA turbo engine from a wrecker and give it a full rebuild with some tough parts.

Im sitting at 290rwkw and have done an exhaust and tune to give it 8 psi. Fuel system is here, just have to fit it.

might as well stick with the E series motor, and get it rebuilt to handle the power he wants.
