Stop guessing, and take it to a dyno when you get it. It'll cost you from free to $100 (depends on the operator), and then you'll know

1. How much power it makes
2. If it's making that power safely (air fuel ratio)
3. The operator should also be able to tell you if anything about it is better/worse than he's seen on other cars.
