Awesome stuff... mine has basically the same work except still the factory piping. I like the sound they make too, a mate who owns a VZ SV6 reckoned it sounded horn at full noise on the highway.

Very nice video mate.

so i'm guessing when you say that noise isn't the BOV. would it be the wastegate and the pressure against the turbo.

What is a MBC?

that noise is what is know as a dose in the world of VLT's, its actually compressor flutter, caused by the huge buildup of pressure in the inlet tract once throttle slammed shut... a BOV is designed to prevent this situation

The GT's sounded better. No bias here.

Some nice instant smoke from the GT doing a launch in front of the cam car.

Yeah those super charged GT's certainly sound awesome...and filled the inside of my car with smoke :D :D :D

Nothing beats the sound of a blown V8.. but turbos give them a sound smacking in terms of value.
