What psi would be safe to run though a au 4.0 with a xr6 ef head running a v2 vortech supercharger what psi should be safe to run and give decent kw with out rebuilding motor ever 6 months

Any ideas would be great :)

NSW, Australia

7 to 10 psi is pretty safe providing its tuned good.

I had a supercharger on my ed a few years back and it was running up to 12psi for 2 years before I turbo'd the same engine..

a decent intercooler and a really good tune will keep it safe..

yea it had a raptor supercharger on it first..
