I would aim for around 8.5 compression...
Too much lower and it becomes a dog on the street..
Btw 18 Lb can be run on std comp A.U engine with better valve springs..

Not alot of rods around for these engines hence why most change to the longer rod..
Par here in Minto NSW make them also...
Argo rods are good for 200 h.p.. Well that's what they said when I bought a set for my
Lexus 4.0 motor..
C.P's can run alot tighter clearance than most other forged pistons..
I assume high silicone and copper content ??
They are generally very quiet...
Up there with same quality as Diamond, JE, Wiseco...

Main reason i got them is because i had intended to run NOS. I have since changed my mind on the engine destroying gas, instead i will just wind the boost up (currently 18psi )..

Nitrous doesn't hurt engines. Bad tunes and abuse hurts engines.
