dare i ask why? it's not known for it's great flowing at all. the stock intercooler is quiet restrictive, especialy with the curve back around exit pipe, and the pipings not too crash hot either - it's so bloody long.
Your better off going custom/aftermarket. |

i was just thinking more along the lines of simplicity, also i hate f**king around with piping, so i thort that'd sorta b an easy fix. and i was thinking more for a better intercooler anyways. im just looking for around 5-6psi anyways, a lil bit more power with that rice sound.

You want the rice sound?
Thats a s**t reason to turbo your car. About the piping, the cross over may fit but I doubt anything else would. You would need to cut panels either way. Custom piping is the way to go. If you can borrow a welder it wont cost much to do. Cut it to size, tack it together then get it welded by a pro. |

Your better off going custom/aftermarket. Standard piping is good for past the 300rwkw mark. It's just the intercooler that's s**t.

Lol, nice reply.
My old mans ba feels like driving a fighter jet compared to my AU, it doesn't have the rice sound but it goes like a rocket. I don't know what's involved in fitting one to an EF though, just liked your comment.

Did I not give you an answer? I didnt mock you, I said it was a stupid reason to turbo your car? $5kish for a rice sound? Bit silly dont you think Anyways, be sure to post pics once you have completed the turbo conversion. |

At the end of the dy the BA gears not going to bea direct fit either - think about it, different engine, different turbo, different manifold, different body shape. That's nott to say you can't get it to fit with some work.

That may be so, but due to it's length it might not necesarily be a power restriction, but it effects the engines response. |
