i have a BBM im selling at the moment only because i've heard that the features of the BBM are lessened when a turbo is added.
will a BBM make more power/torque in a turbo setup when compared to the log manifold? i do understand how the BBM works, so im not asking about that.. if the actual function of the BBM isn't as great in a turbo setup, would the BBM without butterflies be a better choice over the log?

BBM is best with boxed upper and front throttle fitted..
With BBM removed & plugged.. Turbo engines don't require long runners to gain torque.. There is nothing wrong with the early E series inlets either...

Generally in a BBM the butterflys are removed. If you've got a BBM leave it and add a plenum.
If you've got a log manifold piping is easier to run, and for boosted applications the log is pretty good. |
