Man that is a sweet looking ride.

What sort of performance are you getting from that car?

Good answer actually. A turbo is just a type of supercharger...

Seriously tho southy... what are you looking for from the system?

Obvious answer would be turbo or vortech....

yes, you will most probably need a new computer or piggy back chip...

as for 3500-4000, good chance that wont be enough... 180-200wkw is gonna beyond your clutch, and probably your box (EA ones arent tat strong i dont think)

will be looking at 2500 for jsut the stage 2 kit maybe, then you need computer, intercooler, new exhaust, bigger fuel pump etc... most DIY turbos ran abit over 5k im guessing...

as for a supercharger for that price, little or no chance of a vortech, might get away with a powerdyne, but wont make those figues... capa kits are good, cause u get everything, notinhg more to buy...

i would wait a little longer, being 16, even if your car is in your parents name for insurance, i doubt a insurance company would let you drive it at the age, or just as you get your P's... or it will cost 1000's to insure..

jsut some things to think about..

we all wish turbo's were cheap and insurance companies loved them. :(

nah, you want a blowzilla:

2.4L positive displacement (screw) blower.
