A bloke i go to uni with has a blow trhough twin turbo setup on an XC 302 ute. I don't know what carbi he used but the turbo's were GT T25's or GT T28's (can't remember exactly. He had a boost problem cause he reckons his exhaust manifolds were bult bodgy and restricted the flow to the turbine.

A cheaper and easier setup would be a single turbo suck through setup. Have a look at www.fullboost.com.au and theres a video there of a 9 second LH torana with a big single suck through setup up which was apparently built in the back shed and was cheap as chips too.
