just got some tax back i considering centri type super charger for my Xh i was want to run 9-10 psi for now but with a FMIC how much boost pressure will i lose over the core and extra piping ????? would i need to run a 12 or larger Psi pulley to achieve 9-10psi at the manifold

Boost on guage will show a drop [maybe 2lb?] .. BUT remember the air is more dense and make more power...

Turbo it and leave the log manifold on, noticed in your sig your looking for parts, wouldnt bother when you're going to boost it.

sorry havent updated my sig conversion is already done
and most supercharger kits come to suit the BBM plus it makes running the IC piping much more simple im not looking for a sudden power hit like a turbo gives i want and smooth increase in power so even if i lose a bit of boost through the core the colder denser air will yeild more or similar power

i found with the centrifugal supercharger i still make more low and mid range torque with the bbm operating than it does when dissabled..
im not sore of what or if any difference a log would make in my application, but the raptor set ups are only for bbm's |

Moot point now anyway I guess - I'd still turbo it bud. |

You're not likely to lose power, and what you have will be 'better' - eg. more a low rpm, less risk of detonation, smoother, less chance of heatsoak, etc, from the cooler intake temps. I've found my centri charger to make great smooth power from low down (1500rpm) to redline. Joe
