this has been bugging me for some time now i got to find out, and that is with a turbo conversion what happens to the brake booster that normaly operates with vacuum? does the booster need to be replaced? i might sound like a noob but most turbo setups ive seen dont seem to have a line running from the turbo intake. and being a diaphram actuator as far as i can tell it must work on vacuum.

Not to sure if this helps but maybe you could take a look at the setup on the BA/BF XR6T. Its all a very similar setup to an E series.

yes, it is vaccumn operated, but there is a one way valve fitted to the booster from factory... so while on boost, you still get a good 3 vac assisted brake applications

thanks for the info. i guess the one way valve setup would work with a twin screw supercharger allso, or just turbos?
