f**k yeah. :(

What went, was it the dreaded 3rd gear? Any ideas for what the replacement will be, T5z, T56, some form of built auto?

I've herd from people second isn't any good in them either, but to be honest this is the first time i've herd of one breaking first hand. Was it a particularly fast shift? I either get a grind or even jump out of 2nd if i try shift to fast. Well it had a pretty good run as it was.

Of course all the gears up to the straightthrough have to be built rather strong to be able to stand the mechanical advantage that it gives the engine. That sucks dude. :(

T5Z is a BA 5 speed, apparently it's a bit stronger, but it's also a bit longer, and I dont think it has the same output for the speedo drive.
