Did an NA - turbo swap on my car, although i converted mine to a manual. As an extremely brief overview, physically the engine will drop straight in. If you want to run the factory boost control you'll need a turbo ecu, and a turbo loom which goes from the boost control solenoid to the 3rd port on the ecu. If you swap ecu's you'll need to get someone to re-marry it as its all canbus, ford charge $100 or so i believe. You wont be able to start it until you do though.
Turbos use different tailshaft, diff, radiator too not to mention you'll need to sort the exhaust, cooler and the rest of the plumbing... Not sure if a ute exhaust would fit as utes dont use a wagon floor anymore. Not sure on the differences with the NA and turbo BTR either... and so on.
