mr troyman ,,was talking to another turboed ford owner in another website ,,he says his car a au turbo passed its engeneering with no probs he said that as long as u run the standard ecu with all the factory gear ie injectors carbon ,canister, cat converter .and as long as u are using a plumb back system should pass with no probs..................

sorry evl missed your comment u just said( that the police can ignore ur report if they so choose) ,,if this is true what about your rego ,can they ignore that to ,after all ,its also a cirt as well,, both have been approved from the rta same as your engeneering cirt ... :?:

The rta can turn up at your house after you have gotten a rego check done and double check your car just incase the insepection place did a dodgy rego pass, they came to my mates place 3 days after he got a check done

Another mate with a another turbo ford that knows everything.

How does he run the standard AU ECU with boost? Mine used to cut the power at around 2psi. Must be a pretty uninspiring ride.

Im sure the engineers liked the car just turning off until it hit vacuum again.

Now we will get the bit where he changes his story slightly so it makes a little more or a little less sense.

Now Now boys, remember Shane is sensitive and prone to get upset when you question what he says.

After all, we all know you can run 12psi plus boost on stock ECU and injectors, 19lb injectors are the best in the bussiness.

Wait for it, wait for it.............
