Does anyone have anymore pictures of intercooler piping and where they pass through the bodywork?

The BBM's are kinda irrelivent anyway when turboing. a lot of people use the ED ones as a cheaper option or go a custom plenum

Can you chop into the body without getting an engineers certificate or will it pass Blueslip with holes in it ??

Cut holes in the engine bay and it will be defected in NSW. You will need engineering which you will need to be legal for boosted application anyway.

Ask Troyman.

Not really, on the turbo/drivers side go down and under the castor arm..
Passanger side your options are very limited, not much you can do... get creative? Maybe go water to air intercooler under the bonnet?... ive seen it done before, ill try and find a pic...

Thanks but was bored last night and decided to have a go and wallah. IF you pull the front bar off, undo head lights then undo bolt that holds aircon line to body the piping fits through the hole then just gently force light back in easy. :D well that's on xr headlights don't know if it would work for normal ones.....

Does anyone know what bends and lengths of intercooler piping I will need for my cold side of the intercooler on a el. I already have the turbo side.
