i was flicking throught is post and i was wondering is some thing could be done to the lid of the airbox (becasue the base as in pics different box)
on page 2 some one done but is it worth it any gains or just a decent air induction noise.....

mayby more noise... but wouldnt that let heat in? and yes.. i do agree.. wrong section....

i'd say probably back in the "6 Cylinder forums" is where it belongs.. as the induction and box is attached to an NA 6 cylinder... :wink:

the holes are away from engine bay heat as nothing heats up on that side of the air box, the extra air it gets is actually from where the gap is between the bonnet and the quarter panel plus the head lights...

if you had an xr bonnet it wouldnt be hard to make a sequential setup which would work better, check out my gallery...
