Hey kewl...yea that looks like the work of JRT in Perth, I have a write up on a blue 11sec ELXR6 he worked on, with 404 rwkw's using a 2300 SRM screw type supercharger, and I know he uses water cooling also to cool down the actual supercharger, its incorporated in the mounting bracket he made up, very neat setup, not cheap also... also noted he changed the position of the power steering pump... thats the area Im lookin at setting up the M90 if the manifold doesnt work out..

Also I found a niffty file on sprintex's web site give you an idea on literage airflow rpm of a supercharger for you specific application and power figures.

Thanx for that Bomber, I think I may have some quite interesting news about the M90, I found out past couple of days, which, I have to experiment with, Im waiting on parts from the U.S. , and if all goes well, and my cost isnt too high, because a bit of machining has to be done, then I may end up with an M90 giving similar figures to the M112, this came from a particular person in the U.S. who deals with them, and claims a 24% increase with the modifications... (fingers crossed here.. ) soon find out, damn I hate this waiting...

.... no... even tho that does make a improvement... I'd rather not go into it as yet.. simply because I am spending money on this, but it is parts being put onto it, to make it a lot more efficient, and as always, the prototype is the one that costs the most... plus I dont want no one using my ideas and hard work.. Im placing into it.. ... I gotta make SOMETHING outta this.... lol...

im currently working on a design for an intake manifold to fit an eaton M112 (EX 2003/2004 mustang cobra) onto an EF - AU falcon, ill draw up some diagrams and post them tommorow.
it'l probably turn into another one of my "gonna do" projects, but hey, my design may spur you on a bit.

... thats kewl mate.. would be interesting to see, its great to see others ideas, heres some pics of the M90 and M112 I have, I pulled one of the M90's apart so I could get some work done to it, Im gonna be concentrating a lot on the M90 as I believe it has a lot of potential, set up right, I have seen Dyno figures of one against a Vortex, fitted on a V8, the same car, it was quite impressive, and it'll also be cheaper to set up an M90, to a M112, but, not to say I wont also be doing work to the M112, because theyre great also, setup right... but because of my job, the progress wont be all that quik, just have to be patient I guess....

hmmm, im kinda stuck at the moment, i went out and measured up my engine bay - and i really dunno how im gonna fit in an eaton SC and a W2A intercooler without modifying the bonnet, fuel rail means the SC has to sit high up, which means the bonnet is in the way, and the dizzy means i cant mount the injectors and fuel rail on the underside.
im going to make a carboard mockup of an M112 to see if i can get it to fit in on an angle. (or maybe even on its side) also yella terra make all sorts of drive snouts for the eaton SC's if you need a different length one

I think you will find, an M90 will fit the inlet side of the motor, but the M112 will have to be the other side, cause thats where you have the room for it without modifying the bonnet, the M112 is quite large, and its bad enough trying to fit an M90 on the inlet side let alone an M112, take a look at the pic further up the page to see what I mean, all the M112's Ive seen installed were on the exhaust side... heres a pic of a M90 installed to the inlet manifold.. I cant recall where I picked up this pic...

The only problem with mounting the m90 like above is that the intake manifold is limited in flow and space, I think it would be robbing the system of power looking at the first few pics.

That manifold has two 90 degree points. the only two combustion chambers benefiting from it is 3 & 4.

M90 and M112 (well atleast the standard one - not the OEM ones) are practicly the same size.
i went outside today with my cardboard supercharger and mocked up some mounting positions i came up with two possibilities: Possibility A fits under the bonnet, but is pretty much the same as the s**t one someone posted earlier - this should work with M90 or M112 (not the taller one from the F150 lightnening trucks) possibility B allows for an water to air intercooler, but doesnt fit under the bonnet, also its not as restrictive - im looking at doing mine this way with an 03/04 cobra supercharger (both drawings are badly out of scale, but give you the idea)
